History
The Human Resources Management Program began admitting students in the Fall semester of 2014 as both thesis and non-thesis tracks. For about three years, it also offered education at the Bursa campus. Over nearly a decade, it has graduated close to one hundred students from the thesis program and more than one hundred from the non-thesis program. The program continues its education at the Sütlüce campus.

Admission Requirements
Graduating from a faculty with a four-year education.
Professional experience in the field of human resources is a preferred qualification.
Higher Grade Transition
The primary goal of students enrolled in human resources management programs is to develop their professional competencies in the HR field and advance to managerial positions within companies.

Students who complete the thesis-based program may choose to continue their education in a doctoral program in the field of business administration if they wish.
Graduation Requirements
The thesis master's program requires the publication of at least one article in national or international peer-reviewed journals that has reached the thesis defense stage, or the submission of an acceptance document stating that it will be published. The thesis master's program consists of a seminar course and a thesis study, with a total of at least 7 courses and a total of 120 ECTS. The seminar is completed with or without a credit course.
Occupational Profiles of Graduates
Students who complete the Human Resources Management Program have the opportunity to be employed in the human resources management departments of companies.
Assessment and Grading
Students' achievements are assessed through written assignments, classroom presentations, and traditional written exams at the end of the semester.
